Scolymia are among the most prized large polyp stony (LPS) corals in the hobby. They thrive in low to moderate lighting, low, gentle flow, and stable water parameters. Place them on the sand bed where their fleshy tissue can fully inflate without contacting rockwork. Occasional feedings of mysis shrimp, reef pellets, or other meaty foods can promote fuller inflation, vibrant coloration, and healthy long-term growth.
